The social media specialist will work in a CX (customer experience) focused studio surrounded by an eclectic group of talented professionals. This is a part-time Social Media Specialist position, up to 20 hours per week with flexible hours. Pay rate is hourly and depends on experience and abilities. We welcome candidates from a variety of majors/programs such as Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Photography, Design, English, etc.
Working with a team of designers, our Social Media Specialist produces clever, strategic social posts and content marketing assets for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and its departments, products, and services. These pieces include photos, designs, video, motion graphics, marketing copy, whitepapers, product landing pages, and of course social posts. We work with big-name software brands and technologies and can add an element of value to your portfolio that other campus jobs may not be able to provide. Other duties as assigned.
