Did you know that fifty grams of chili peppers contain more than 100% of your daily value of vitamin C? All the more reason to have a chili cook-off! This year, there was plenty of chili to go around, all with amazing recipes. We had everything from a curry to white chili. One even had a special dosage of Dr. Pepper.
In our search for the best chili, we had three different categories of spiciness: mild, medium, and hot. For each category, a winner was selected by anonymous voting. Each one was delectable. We would like to commend our participants for the wonderful food, and thank everyone who helped make this event possible.
